Sarah (Farrow) is blinded in a riding accident. After a period of convalescence in a hospital, she goes to stay with her uncle and aunt before she heads back to London for more retraining to help her adjust to her condition. While out on a date with her boyfriend Steve, her uncle, aunt and cousin are murdered by a a psychotic killer with the nickname of 'Jacko' inscribed on a bracelet.
