This is from the December 2010 Annual of Supergirl, in which Supergirl goes to the 30th century to meet the Legion Of Superheroes and spend some time with them. While she does, she relaxes with the female members of the Legion by the pool:

Alright dude! Comic girls are the shit! I wish I had stayed with western comics longer to catch all these glorious moments where we get to see the babes of DC and Marvel barefoot! Epic post! This has to be one of my most favorites so far.
